Aluminum Baseboards

• Aluminum baseboards include the wirelock poly fastening track and three 4' stainless steel wire inserts.
• Bolt track on back face allows for convenient independent mounting.
• Base track holds multiple layers of film and wire inserts.

Poly-saver Ridge System

• Mounts on the top of the arch peak.  Allows you to obtain the maximum life from your poly coverings by producing a smooth ridge line that eliminates arch wear at the peak of the structure where poly film is stressed the most.

Wirelock Polyfastener Track

• Wirelock base track locks single or multiple layers of poly film or shade cloth securely to the frame simply by inserting stainless steel wire inserts into the aluminum base track.
• Track comes complete with three 4' stainless steel wire inserts.

Wire Inserts 4'

• Stainless steel wires are inserted into the aluminum wirelock base track for fastening the poly film to the structure.

Splice Track H-profile

• Aluminum splice track H-profile is used to join together 8mm thick twinwall polycarbonate panels to the structure.

Available in 8', 12' and 16' lengths

Edge Track h-profile

• Aluminum edge track h-profile is used to hold the outer edges of 8mm thick twinwall polycarbonate panels.

Available in 6' and 12' lenghts

EPDM Rubber Closure

• This UV stabilized rubber closure provides an excellent seal over the exposed edges of various end wall claddings up to 1" in thickness.

Available in 15'-3" lengths

Transition Rail

• Aluminum extrusion rail is used for splicing together 8mm twinwall polycarbonate panels horizontally.

Available in 12' lengths

Baseboard Mounting Clamps - for 1.5" rd. tubing

• Made of galvanized steel are used to secure aluminum or wooden baseboards to the structure.

• Made of galvanized steel are used to secure the diagonal bracing.

Purlin Strap Clamp - 1.5" rd x 1.5" rd.
